Pupil Premium
At The Crossways Schools, our approach to Pupil Premium reflects our commitment to aspiration and equality for all children and families in our school community.
We believe that every child deserves a joyful, enriching education that enables them to thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally—regardless of their background or circumstance.
The Pupil Premium is additional funding allocated to schools to help reduce barriers to learning and close attainment gaps between different groups of pupils. At Crossways, this funding is used strategically to ensure every child can reach their full potential through high-quality teaching, targeted support, and opportunities that nurture the whole child.
